I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms with a balcony were amazing with fresh towels and toiletries provided. The service was top-notch with excellent laundry and tours/ticket assistance available. The location couldn't have been better, right near the city center with plenty of bars and restaurants around. The dining experience was delightful with a choice of croissants or cake, and the facilities were impressive.
This hotel is an absolute gem! The rooms are lovely and the staff is incredibly welcoming. The location is superb, right in the heart of Madrid with vibrant surroundings. The dining options were good, but a bit more variety would elevate the experience. The facilities are top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
